Candlelight Restorative Touch Yoga
Give yourself a Valentine’s Eve treat with calming candles, a sweet chocolate heart treat, and restorative yoga. Karlie will guide members into restorative poses using blocks, bolsters, and blankets. Members will also have the option to receive touch to promote deeper relaxation, tension release and rest. Poses are held for 5-10 min. to allow for space and time for the nervous system to enter a state of relaxation and harmony.
