Sponsored by the Foreign Policy Association, Great Decisions is America's largest non-partisan program on foreign affairs. From outer space to North Korea, we meet monthly to discuss the most critical issues facing America today. Each meeting will be held at 5:00pm at the club with a non-hosted one-hour cocktail hour followed by a non-hosted dinner of your choice. March 9th: U.S. Changing Leadership of the World Economy Under President Biden, the U.S. has advanced new ideas about trade, technology, industrial policy, competition with China, and the organization of the world economy. For most of the postwar era, the U.S. has tied its global leadership to cooperative agendas aimed at creating a more open-world trading system, but that has apparently come to an end. What are America’s options and opportunities as a leader of the world economy? Yoga with Michelle Tuesdays and Thursdays | 10:15 a.m.-11:15 a.m. This group exercise centers breathing, relaxation, and mindfulness. Michelle will lead you through stretching exercises and poses that strengthen and help to correct posture.

Qigong
Qigong Qigong is a system of coordinated body posture and movement, breathing, and meditation used for the purposes of health, spirituality, and martial arts training. With roots in Chinese medicine, philosophy, and martial arts, qigong is traditionally viewed by the Chinese and throughout Asia as a practice to cultivate and balance qi (pronounced approximately as "chee"), translated as "life energy". Qigong practice typically involves moving meditation, coordinating slow-flowing movement, deep rhythmic breathing, and a calm meditative state of mind.

Trivia Night
Trivia Night Every Saturday from 5-7pm Complimentary event! Join us for Trivia Night every Wednesday from 5-7pm! Gather your team of 6 and test your knowledge in a fun, complimentary event. First come, first serve seating in the bar and lounge. Prizes will be awarded to the winning team of each round. Flying solo or need teammates? No worries—just show up, and we'll help match you up. Come for the trivia, stay for the camaraderie! Registration not required.

Lift & Pump
Lift & Pump Mondays 9:15-10:30am $8 per class, the first class is complimentary! This routine pairs heavy weights with low repetitions, the perfect couple for building more metabolically active lean muscle mass to burn body fat and sculpt your muscles. We use dumbbells, bands, balls, weighted bars, steps and your own body weight. We will work all major and minor muscle groups. Because you are in control of how heavy you want to lift and pump, this class is suited for all levels of exercisers.
